We are learning about indirect objects in fifth grade English today with sentences such as: 1. Nia gave Christian tumbleweed for his birthday. 2. Carter baked Tyler a tumbleweed cake for her birthday gift. 3. Mr. Coolidge stirred tumbleweed soup for everyone. (no IO)
